Well let me tell you a story I had '86 shadow it developed a hesitation the dealer said anything over 10 years was obsolete they could not fix the problem, so what do you do, try to fix it your self the parts are not being made anymore... Not the case with H-D every body has parts and knowledge dating to 1903.. rest my case

Well i tried turning it the last time i rode a cruiser, I hardly even lean when the pegs were all over the asphalt, even when i tried shifting my weight to change the centre of gravity of the bike, the bike couldnt even turn fast. Well,all the Brit bikes back then were Lucas (Lord ofDarkness electrics,and need some electrical modifications, so they would'nt be constant pains in the ass. Commando's were nice cause they were the first rubber mounts. "Isolastic", if I remember correctly is what they called the engine mounting system. My Atlas was not rubber mounted, buthell, I was only 21 yrs old, and my body could take the abuse,lol

I had 750 Comando, nice bike, until I got creative with the wiring and decided to take out the 'unneccessary ' wires. The Beemer was a R80/6. I never liked that bike much. But if I find a R100/RS I won't pass it up now. Safe riding.
