harley lost all its soul when it brought in the EVO engine. knuckle, pan and shovel head were the good ones. EVO onwards are nice and low maintenance, but thats the reason to have a bike. to have something involved. to do the work your self.

the issue with the number plate being on the top of the fender instead of being on the side is a new international rule brought out by biker safety people for some problem not being able to read the numbers

People that ride bikes other than Harley (like me) should not leave negative bullshit comments about HD. HD does not give bikes away, so every person riding has spent his or her hard earned cash on the bike of their choice. Whatever you ride just enjoy it for what it is, FUN.
